Welcome to VulnOS! These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your use of the VulnOS website and services (collectively, the "Services"), operated under the brand VulnOS by WebFreakz Digitech Pvt Ltd ("we," "us," or "our"). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to be bound by these Terms.

1. Accounts

When you create an account with us, you must provide information that is accurate, complete, and current at all times. You are responsible for safeguarding the password that you use to access the Service and for any activities or actions under your password. You agree not to disclose your password to any third party and must notify us immediately upon becoming aware of any breach of security or unauthorized use of your account.

2. Acceptable Use Policy

The VulnOS platform, including its labs and simulated environments, is provided for educational purposes only. You agree not to:

• Use the Services for any illegal or unauthorized purpose.
• Attack, disrupt, or otherwise harm any infrastructure outside of the designated lab environments provided by VulnOS.
• Share your account credentials or provide access to our Services to any third party.
• Copy, distribute, or disclose any part of the Service in any medium, including without limitation by any automated or non-automated "scraping".
• Attempt to interfere with, compromise the system integrity or security, or decipher any transmissions to or from the servers running the Service.

Violation of this Acceptable Use Policy may result in the immediate suspension or termination of your account without a refund.

3. Intellectual Property

The Service and all its original content (excluding content provided by users), features, and functionality are and will remain the exclusive property of WebFreakz Digitech Pvt Ltd and its licensors. Our trademarks and trade dress may not be used in connection with any product or service without the prior written consent of WebFreakz Digitech Pvt Ltd.

4. Subscriptions and Payments

Some parts of the Service are billed on a subscription basis. You will be billed in advance on a recurring and periodic basis ("Billing Cycle"). Billing cycles are set on a monthly basis. At the end of each Billing Cycle, your Subscription will automatically renew under the exact same conditions unless you cancel it or we cancel it. You may cancel your Subscription renewal either through your online account management page or by contacting our customer support team.

5. Termination

We may terminate or suspend your account immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason whatsoever, including without limitation if you breach the Terms. Upon termination, your right to use the Service will immediately cease.

6. Limitation of Liability

In no event shall WebFreakz Digitech Pvt Ltd, nor its directors, employees, partners, agents, suppliers, or affiliates, be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, including without limitation, loss of profits, data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses, resulting from your access to or use of or inability to access or use the Service.

7. Disclaimer

Your use of the Service is at your sole risk. The Service is provided on an "AS IS" and "AS AVAILABLE" basis. The Service is provided without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied. The educational content provided is for learning purposes and does not constitute professional advice.

8. Governing Law

These Terms shall be governed and construed in accordance with the laws of India, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Our failure to enforce any right or provision of these Terms will not be considered a waiver of those rights. The courts in Ghaziabad, Uttar Pradesh, shall have exclusive jurisdiction over any dispute arising out of these terms.

9. Changes to Terms

We reserve the right, at our sole discretion, to modify or replace these Terms at any time. We will provide at least 30 days' notice prior to any new terms taking effect. By continuing to access or use our Service after those revisions become effective, you agree to be bound by the revised terms.
